"I have been trying to lose my body fat from 2004 and joined different gyms with personal trainers, but I didn't see the results as I expected. It took only 5 months to see my body transformation that I wanted and also got a six-pack, which I never thought I would have in my life. Thanks to Juliene! "My name is Sean Banning and I started training with Craig 8 months ago. My typical workout schedule is four days a week. Three days are strength training and one day of HIIT. "My name is Mike Domaingue and I have been training with Juliene for about 18 months. Prior to joining Accelerated Fitness I had tried, unsuccessfully, to get in shape using a number of different approaches. Nothing was working for me and my excuses were piling up. With three young children I was growing increasingly aware of my desire to get healthy and live a long enough life to watch them grow. Coincidentally, around the time I started feeling this way, a close friend of mine had been training with Juliene and had experienced substantial weight loss, and was looking as fit as ever. He introduced me to Juliene and I was finally on the right track.
At first I found the workouts incredibly challenging, especially mentally. I had gone nearly 15 years without working out consistently and Juliene was pushing me to levels I never thought possible. In time I grew more cognizant of my ability to ‘survive’ the workout and I began embracing them. Now, I can’t wait to get to the gym and start my day. "In December I decided I needed a change to my workouts. I went looking for a Jullian Micheals, what I found was a Juliene Anderson! She is exactly what I was looking for. She motivates me to accomplish workouts that sometimes I don't think I can handle. In April I was told by my physician that I needed to lose 20 pounds. At my next session with Juliene I told her what my doctor had said to me about losing weight. I asked her for some advice on how I could achieve this weight lose goal. We talked about foods that I needed to eliminate from my diet and foods that I could eat. She also told me I needed to increase my workout schedule. After 6 weeks of eating foods that were much healthier for my body and working out more often I had lost 10 pounds."

"I was recommended by my doctor to work with a trainer to strengthen my back and core muscles after being diagnosed with degenerative disk disease. I was very hesitant since I hurt my back weight training in a fitness class and had just come off several months of physical therapy. My name is Jim Saya and I am a "forty-something" attorney. I've been working with Craig for about 2 years. When I first came to Craig, my lifestyle was really catching up to me. I was out of shape, sore, and had frequent back stiffness. When I first started training, I had a lot of problems getting through the workouts and keeping proper form.
Craig worked hard with me to correct my form and keep me working. His attention to detail and personalized training have helped me tremendously. I am much stronger and more flexible now and feel younger than I have in years. My energy levels are higher and my lifestyle has changed for the better since I started training with Craig.
A number of colleagues and clients have remarked that I look like a "new person." Every once in a while, I run into someone I haven't seen in a few years and it makes me smile to see their jaws drop. The only downside to the training I have done is all the new clothes I have had to buy—my old clothes no longer fit!
I owe these accomplishments to Accelerated Fitness and to Craig in particular. I plan to continue my training and I expect to continue to see results. My training has helped me develop a better and more pro-active approach towards my health.

My name is Jimmy Titus, and I am a 16 year old junior at East Catholic High School. I've been working with Craig consistently since my freshman year in high school. He has helped me tremendously in making the jump from a good baseball player to an elite one. When I first started my training, my 60 yard dash time was 7.5 seconds. I did not have good running form at all and I was too slow and not quick enough to play shortstop at the next level. However, after working with Craig in the fall and winter for two years, my 60 yard dash went down to 6.7 seconds, which is much faster and closer to where I need to be. By the time I finish my high school career, I am hoping to get to the 6.4-6.5 second range, and I know Craig can help me accomplish that.
My time at Accelerated has also gotten me much stronger, allowing me to hit the ball harder and throw the ball faster. This past year I hit 9 home runs in games, and I know it will only increase from there with all of the strength work we do. I have also gone from 76 miles per hour on my fastball before this training to 90 miles per hour now. I have to attribute these accomplishments, along with my recent commitment to Bryant University, to the work I put in with Craig at Accelerated for the past two years. I am still continuing my training this year and I will most certainly be doing it next year.

Franco N'diminico started here in May of 2014 and has lost just over 20 pounds of fat while also gaining some lean muscle as well. He is a very hard worker both at the studio and on his own time. He has taken our nutritional advice along with our workout program and thrived on it. His shoulder, which he had surgery on 3 years ago is now stronger than ever due to the corrective exercise and rehabilitation exercise here in his program. Franco has displayed an exceptional attitude and willingness to make sacrifices, and the determination it takes to succeed in changing your lifestyle for the better.
